REGISTRATION INFORMATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION for the 2012 National Convention is now closed. If you would like to register for the convention please call the national office at 1-800-806-1871. Please note that availability in Children's programming is limited and may not be available for every age group.  ALL CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING WILL CLOSE ON JUNE 10. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There will be on-site registration for local attendees to parent sessions only.

 

Click on the links below to access details for all convention programs and entertainment.  Please note that a seperate questionnaire (found on each program page) must be completed for each adult registrant's session choices and each child or adult registered for a specific program - Infant; Toddler/Pre-School, School age, Teen, WSA GANG & Dream Team.  Your registration is not complete until all of the questionnaires have been submitted.   Medical forms will also be required for all children enrolled in the school-age camp program.  The medical forms will be mailed to you when we receive your registration forms.  Parent sessions and entertainment options as well as summary information for all individual programs will be gathered on the Registration Form, which should be completed last.  If you have questions or need additional information please call the national office at 800-806-1871.
