When your only child has WS, intentionally creating a life community takes on vital importance. As parents, one of your biggest dreads is, "What happens after I'm gone?"
If you're a parent/caregiver whose only child has a diagnosis of Williams syndrome OR are the only child in a family and you have Williams syndrome, join the Only Child WS Family Support Network.
This group will gather monthly to discuss experiences, share thoughts, and offer support. There will also be opportunities to talk to experts about the necessity of creating a community support system. This group is moderated by Joel Liestman, Director of Family Support for the WSA, and/or Bill Palmer, President of the WSA Board of Trustees.
Each is a parent to an only child who has Williams syndrome. Please register to receive the Zoom link for this month's meeting. Each month, you'll need to register to receive the link for that month's meeting. Also, please join the Family Support Forum on the WSA's website to connect with group members between meetings and to ask any other questions you may have related to Williams syndrome.
