Welcome to the Williams Syndrome Association, Tri-State Region.
Heather O'Connell of Titusville, New Jersey
My husband, Tim and I live with our three kids Delaney (teen with WS), and her younger brothers Kyle and Jake, in Titusville, NJ. We have been involved in the WSA since Delaney was about 18 months old and attended our first national convention when she had just turned two. Prior to Delaney entering our lives, I worked in television as an audio technician for the NHL, NBA, CNBC, Access Hollywood, etc. and I also taught TV production. I now own my own part-time photography business doing family portraits, sports portraits, and some events. I also run our local Special Olympics New Jersey program through our YMCA and am on the board there as a trustee. Coaching youth ice hockey is a passion of mine also and I have completed most of my USA Hockey certifications. I enjoy being the Tri-State regional chair, and my husband and I have organized walks, runs, picnics, and other events to raise awareness and family fun.

Erin Putman of South New Jersey
Hello. I live in South Jersey, about 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia. My husband Todd and I have two children: Evan, (5, WS) and toddler Melody. I have been teaching elementary special education since the fall of 2000. When I am not teaching or spending time with family, I love theater and music, and bfore having children, I directed children's theater for many years. I am excited to be a part of the WSA as a regional chair for the Tri-State Region, because I feel privileged to talk to newly diagnosed families and help raise awareness whenever and wherever I can.
