Cruise 101: I'm Booked. Now What?
Now that you're booked and confirmed, it's time to start preparing to sail! This first meeting discussed the basics of things to consider moving forward (passports, hotels, airfare, etc). We also set out the schedules for future Zoom meetings regarding the cruise.

Our group will be fortunate enough to be one of the first to sail on this brand new ship! Due to this, we needed to book and announce this trip early to lock in our rates and perks. Norweigan Cruise Line will also donate $100 per cabin booked to the WSA! See below for important details.

• The WSA is NOT booking reservations for the cruise. Amber Hinkle is handling all reservations. Follow the steps below to book your cruise.
• Interior Staterooms start at $1531 per person. Balcony Staterooms start from $2,282 per person. To learn more about Stateroom options, visit the Norwegian Aqua Stateroom Gallery.
• A $125/pp deposit is required to hold your cabin. Deposits due by October 27, 2024. Deposits and/or payments made up to 120 days prior to sailing are refundable.
• Final payments are due February 1, 2025. Payments can be made at anytime between now and final payment date. Contact Amber at Amberstravelconnection@yahoo.com or 937-672-6743 to make a payment.
• Our cabin block includes interior and balcony cabins. If you're interested in booking a different cabin type, Amber can provide information about the prevailing rates.
• The WSA will provide a lanyard, name tag, welcome reception, and one additional group gathering. 
• Cruise First Certificates – Pay $150, get $300 certificate that can be applied to booking for the deposit. Must be done within 72 hours of booking the cabin. NOTE: Limit one certificate per cabin. 
• You are responsible for transportation to and from Port Canaveral.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR CRUISE

Follow the steps below to book your cabin(s) on the cruise.

1. Download and complete the WSA Cruise Booking Form. 
2. Register for an NCL Account at NCL.com.
   • You will also need this account for booking excursions, specialty dining reservations, checking in for your cruise, etc.
   • Ensure the names on your booking form, NCL account, and passports all match.
3. Email your completed form to Amber Hinkle at amberstravelconnection@yahoo.com, or text a picture of it to 937-672-6743.
4. Complete the WSA Cruise Questionnaire. There is a link to the OFFICIAL 2025 WSA Adventure Seekers Cruise Facebook Group after you hit 'submit' on your form. If you forget to click it, we will add you to our Facebook group after receiving your registration.
