Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) has changed the rules for uploading social media frames. You can download and customize these options by clicking the buttons below!

 

      

 

These images are .png formatted to use in any photo editing program. Right-click and select "Open image in a new tab" and then "Save image as..."

Follow the steps below for more information on creating your customized frame in Canva.

  1. Click the customize your frame button to get to the template.
  2. The links will take you to the Canva template. If you don't already have an account, you will be prompted to set one up.
  3. Canva is FREE to use for this design. You don't need to pay for the pro version to design your frame.
  4. Use the same photo or different pictures for each frame!
  5. You can save your template and continue editing at any time.
  6. Upload your new Awareness Month profile pic on your favorite social media site.
