The WSA’s Adventure Seekers group helps young adults find life-long friends among their peers with Williams syndrome.  Annual 3 to 4-day trips are arranged and regular calls are arranged in addition to meetings at local social and educational events.  WSA partners with Camp Blue Skies to host a 5-day camp program for adults each spring and parent volunteers in many areas also work to help initiate and coordinate adult social groups that meet informally on a pre-arranged schedule to share time together. The WSA also provides information about community groups that offer chaperoned trips for young adults, and links parents who have volunteered to host travelers with young people who want to travel. Social activities are also available locally through your local Arc and community recreation programs, etc.
